You will be given a 10'x10' space. Cookers may be behind your awning. Contestant must cook 2 meats, pork ribs (bone in) and chicken. Turn-ins must be presented in 6 individual peaces to be sampled by judges. Contestants are responsible for bringing any and every thing he or she needs to cook and also clean up. No meat will be available or supplied at competition.
RELEASE WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In Consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned recognize that The Tremonton Days BBQ Competition, Tumbleweed BBQ, The city of tremonton and any co-sponsors including other entries, their employees or agents assume no responsibility for myself or members of my group.
I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable and assume all risks that arise from my participation in this event. I also hereby waive any claims against the City, Tumbleweed BBQ, its co-sponsors, their departments, officers, employees or agents for any injuries or loss that arise from our participation. Further, I grant full permission to Tumbleweed BBQ organizers, promoters and sponsors or any agent authorized by them, to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
